My WOW experience with Slovenia has been a magical one! Imagine flying somewhere - Not knowing too much about that place or reading much about it!

You fly through the night and next day, WOW! you get to see this beautiful, cute, photogenic, easy to commute, place which takes you by surprise! This is how my love for SLOVENIA began.

The rolling hills which were not steep at all which allowed us to view the breathtaking views of the Julian Alps, beaches, the turquoise and emerald waters, Venetian architecture all in one frame which was so refreshing. The picturesque views are deeply etched in our minds because of the autumn season, the leaves were red, orange, green and yellow in colour!

Lake Bled needs no words, what a perfect coordination of nature with historic castles. A mirror effect is created by deep emerald waters and mountains surrounding it, so you see beauty multiplied by two!

I must say had it not been for WOW I probably would have never experienced this beautiful, non-touristy, mesmerizing country!! Everything was well taken care of, Kushika our buddy was more than helpful - and like this perfect country which could only make us all happy and fall in love with it - Kushika was the cherry on top! Thank you Sumitra and your WOW team for this wonderful experience for women of India who can now dream to travel.
