When I speak of Uzbekistan trip to my friends – All feel I am entranced and bowled over. Believe me, when I say Uzbekistan takes hold of your imagination and does not let go. My head is still full of it: the astounding mosques, Uzbeky Flat bread and the smiling faces exhibiting gold-capped teeth. Yet when people ask what Uzbekistan is like, the truthful answer is: I don't know where to start.

I spent more than a week in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva in the company of 18 Beautiful Woman, Wanderlust Buddies and an obliging, hard-working guide Anwar and his brother.

The old silk road leads beyond Bukhara. It took eight hours to drive, to Khiva, a 14th-century heritage site. It is like a stunning movie set of Sanjay Leela Bhansali !! It is ravishing (in every sense) 1830s harem, with seductive blue columns and intricate tiles. Limitless Cheers to the Golden Smiles of 18 girls and WOW Buddy on the Silk Route!
When I look at my Suzani I know for sure I have left a piece of my heart in Uzbekistan.

My Uzbekistan trip was one of the best holidays of my life.

This holiday was full of hugs, kisses, and lots of dancing with random strangers who embraced my music, my culture and very sportingly danced away the nights with me. I haven't seen a more curious and kinder people.

The WOW Buddy - Anisha, was like a breath of fresh air. Seamlessly transitioning from a bubbly, young vivacious girl to a serious, sincere worker while arranging things for the upcoming events. Given the right support and direction, she will scale great heights. She has all my love and best wishes! :)

I'm eternally grateful to the WOW Club for this amazing opportunity with an almost impeccable itinerary that spanned across the snow-clad mountains to the deserts. There wasn't a day when I didn't thank God for this amazing opportunity. Khiva, in particular, was the most beautiful city that we stayed in. Please make it a permanent fixture in your itinerary. Right from the hotel selection to our transportation modes, everything was taken care of beautifully. My only suggestion would be to add the famous Ferghana Valley to the itinerary and increasing the duration by a day or two. Rest, everything was great! You're doing an amazing job!
